Meet Our Specialists
Mary Jo Logee, MD, MS
Director of Sports Medicine
“I became interested in sports medicine during college. As an intercollegiate athlete, I suffered several injuries that required specialized care. It positively impacted my life and confirmed my decision to pursue a career that would allow me to help others, too. After earning my medical degree, I completed specialized training in preventive medicine with a special emphasis on sports medicine. I like the challenge and satisfaction of helping patients overcome their condition — and make a positive difference in their lives — through the use of today’s advanced treatment methods.
“While excellent medical care and capabilities are important, so too is personalized care. I treat my patients with friendliness, compassion and a true commitment to their overall health. I let my patients know exactly what they can expect from their treatment and what preventive measures they can take in order to help avoid reinjury.”
Diplomate: National Board of Medical Examiners
MS: Preventive Medicine, Ohio State University College of Medicine, Columbus, OH
Residency: Clinical Preventive Medicine with Practicum in Preventive Sports Medicine, Aultman Hospital, Canton, OH
Internship: Department of Preventive Medicine, Ohio State University, Columbus, OH
MD: Wright State University School of Medicine, Dayton, OH
Member: American Medical Society for Sports Medicine, Wayne County Medical Society
Team Physician: Wooster High School, Triway High School
Assistant Team Physician: College of Wooster
